Basement Sports Cards - Cards Were Buying on Dibbs - 11/28

For those still living under a rock, Dibbs gives you the opportunity to own a percentage of some of the most legendary sports cards of all time.

When look for buying opportunities on Dibbs, we base it on:

1. The player

2. The cards market value and sales history

3. The cards Dibbs value and sales history

Card we LOVE buying right now:

2003 Topps Chrome Refractor Lebron James Rookie #111 BGS 9.5
Pop - 426
Market Value: $43,500
Dibbs Value: $30,000

Lebron being arguably a top 5 player of all time provides a safe floor in his cards with a steady increase.

When we break down the sales history of this card, we've seen 8+ sales this year of $75,000+, including two over $100k. More recently, this card has sold consistently between $40,000 - $45,000.

Within the Dibbs platform, this card is at an all time low between $28k - $30k after its initial release at $75k 8 months ago.

Lebron's topps chrome Refractor on Dibbs checks all our boxes and is a great buy.

Honorable Mention

2017 Panini Contenders Optic Patrick Mahomes II #103 BGS 9.5
Pop - 67
Market Value: $15,500
Dibbs Value: $11,300

The Patrick Mahomes panic sell season has been in full force and that gives us a great buying opportunity. Even with KC struggling, Mahomes is still 2nd in passing yards and TD's on the season.

Over the summer this card was selling for nearly $20k and is down 20% over the last 6 months.

This card originally dropped on Dibbs early this year at $27,000 and is at an all time low price window at $11,000.

With this card at a lower price than the Lebron, Patty Mahomes is a great buying opportunity to own a higher fraction of a card.
